Some people will tell you that shrewsbury is monocultural and racist. They obviously haven't seen our mannequins.

Back in shrewsbury today and utterly delighted to be home. Town is missing some very important people though, and I did have a little moment when I passed chickensparrow's studio on the way to the office.

Managed to get the bulk of the very-important-visa-application done this afternoon. All that's left to do this end is to pay and pray. Then it's up to SS and then mercy of the immigration officials who will hopefully be kind and generous to our wonderful African friend. Shrewsbury, despite its recent shopfronts, needs some colour.

Right now I'm starfishing on my bed and delighting in the fact that I have three whole nights in it.
