Heart and body

A good day of study and reflection today. I even made it outside onto the bench for an hour but it was a little too windy for my neshness. Quick break at lunch to watch Bolt in the heats (my first bit of the Athletics so far!) and then a run in the sun when my head had enough study.

Back to shrewsbury tomorrow. Hoping to make it make into the office in time to make a very-important-visa-application.
