shameless selfie and i don't even care, because today i cycled 50 miles through some pretty tough welsh hills, around lake vyrnwy and then back again.

i was dreading today because i feared that the moore men would spend the whole time waiting for me, but thankfully we kept a nice steady pace.

this was all in preparation for the oxford 80 mile sponsored ride next weekend. nervous face.
