Habitat

It was a SkyRide day today near Warwick Uni. I had to cycle all the way from Leamington Spa to join the ride. Unfortunately there arent many SkyRides from Leamington this year. As i was cycling along Kenilworth Greenway, i chanced upon this new art installation called Habitat that I saw a few weeks ago in Warwick's Twitter Account. I wasnt sure where the art was installed since the area was not familiar. It turned out, it was way out of the campus and placed in the middle of the fields. I was so happy to see it and immediately stopped to take a few photos of it. The carvings were especially added as a shelter for birds and insects.

Skyride today was awesome. There were a few uphills which challenged my legs but I survived and I always feel good after accomplishing physically exhausting activities such as this one. This cycling ride was so far the one with the most stops for selfie sessions. I had joined several rides in the past years but we usually only have one at the start and then that's it. I enjoyed it nevertheless since I love photos anyways. But all photos were taken from the ride leaders' mobile phones and so I dont have a copy of my own. I will have to wait for them to post it somewhere in social media.
