Van Leave

I wonder what kind of maintenance they are actually doing to this van. I know this is still a working van but it doesnt really spend a lot of time being driven as it is only parked day and night in front of the building. So it wouldnt really take 3 days to maintain it, would it? I am asking this question since i dont have any knowledge about cars or vintage cars or vintage cars converted into coffee shops.
