Sunny Cotswolds.

Summer is here.
Burford was relatively quiet this morning.
After coffee we had a walk round the town.
( can't believe that there is free parking!)
In the collage you can see the river Windrush taken from the tiny bridge at the bottom of the town.
Then a view looking up the high street.
( one of my favourite views in the Cotswold)
The church, and the a photo taken inside the Cotswold weavers museum. These looms were being used until a few years ago.

The Cotswold Woollen Weavers is in the village of Filkins. A place of Saxon origin, and another delightful Cotswold village.
Some had afternoon tea here,but I decided a blackberry and cream ice cream on this hot day!

Now back, having a rest before a BBQ tonight.
Certain people are watching the cricket on TV!

We came 7th in the quiz last night, out of 12.
At least we weren't bottom!
