Slow but steady
A bright, sunny day turning duller later.
A much quieter day after yesterday's busyness. I like being able to have that kind of rhythm. We had lunch at the Church Cafe and then my wife and our granddaughter went swimming. Rachel has spent the week working very hard for her exam on Monday - so it was good for her to get a bit of a break. When they got home we went to - shock, horror - McDonalds for tea.
On the way I blipped these two trees, which I had blipped back in February. They don't look like they have many leaves yet - and the sky was as dull as back then but the field was looking very green. Everything in its time - you can't hurry nature but it is a season when everything seems to be bursting out all over the place. Oh, by the way, the bird between the trees decided not to make an appearance this time.
