Red Parrot Tulip

A warm, sunny day.

Last day of the school holidays and the grandchildren are enjoying the sunshine. Our youngest is off to Brownie Camp later this afternoon.

My car is in the garage having a 'strange noise' investigated - I am hoping that it isn't anything too serious. In the meanwhile I am thinking about what I am preaching about at a Discipleship Graduation service tomorrow in Bugiri, Uganda. It has been exciting seeing these young men and women grow in faith over these last months.

With this lovely Spring weather, many more plants are blooming. This is a Tulip which seems to be a Red Parrot variety. Try as I might, I can't quite see a Parrot - but it does look nice.
