Typical East coast Hebirdean scene

Windy, cold but bright.
A late start led seamlessly into the Grimsay lunch - a fortnightly event in winter where some of the locals cook soup and bake cakes for those who want to partake in the new Village Hall. Always a good social do with a chance to talk to some of the locals that otherwise you don't see,  you never leave feeling hungry.
Then a quick dash out to sample the air by Locheport - where this image was taken - before returning home to watch various games of rugby and  a few drinks around at a neighbours to finish off the day.
Busy times!
