Another nailbiter.

4-4 against Hull at the end of 3 periods. Still 4-4 after 5 minutes of sudden death overtime. Caps won on penalty shots.

That came after a huge effort to win 6-4 in Belfast last night, in front of 6,000 Belfast fans. Bus and ferry to get there. Bus and ferry overnight to get back for tonight's game.

I watched the Belfast game on the webcast, so my nerves are shot to pieces. Delighted they don't have another game until Saturday. 

The oddest thing tonight was the presence of 6 Adler Mannheim fans right in front of me. Their team is on the verge of winning the German league. 

Maybe the Die Adler fans got lost...
