1 day old broccoli seeds a sprouting

Even though we had a hail storm today, which has now turned into a thick carpet of snow, making the veg. patch un-enticing, my sprouting seeds are merrily germinating on the kitchen counter.

I never have much taste for (or luck with) these, but I keep trying, hoping they wil grow on/for me.
