Spiced Kibbe

Super productive day today - took Willy for a nice long walk, took care of some stuff around the house, took Willy with me again to do some errands a few blocks away, then stocked up on a bunch of pantry staples. I have not been cooking much in the past couple of months and need to get back to it.

Made this for dinner - Spiced Kibbe topped with Herby Yogurt from Amy Penington's Urban Pantry. Also made a cannellini and chick pea salad to accompany our dinner. I managed to plan ahead and soaked the beans overnight, then popped them in the crotch-pot to cook all day. The beans and chick peas are far more superior than canned ones, but takes a bit more effort and planning.
