Juice fast day

Today was the first attempt at the weekly juice cleanse/fast. I think it was a success. Here's a sample of what I consumed today:

cup of hot water with lemon
(breakfast) juice made from an orange, a grapefruit, a lemon mixed with water
another cup of hot water with lemon
(lunch) juice made from 2 beets with its greens, 4 stalks of celery, 1 pear, 1 carrot, large handful of spinach
(dinner) juice with half a bunch of parsley, half of a small cabbage, one apple, one pear

i drank almost 2 liters of water and a liter of green lemonade (celery, spinach, 2 apples, 1 pear, 3 carrots, lemon).

I feel pretty good and no headaches (I read that some people experience headaches from liquid fasts on the first day).

I may choose to vary it in the future to just a liquid fast so I can also do broth as well (all this produce would add up real fast - but a lot of it was from our CSA bin and stuff that is about a week old).
