Wine tasting

Great Saturday..worked a bit this morning, then got home and headed right out again. Lunch at square knot diner, then wine tasting. We went to Novelty Hill and Lachini. Gorgeous wines were had by all.

After all that wine we came home, relaxed and napped, and then starting making dinner.

I made a lovely caprese salad and a roasted cauliflower pasta dish with lots of good wine....a 2011 Viognier from Novelty Hill and a 2011 pinot gris from Lachini.

I wish every day could be a Saturday....
