Pep up your parsnips, with sauce
A bit of tumeric and cayenne went into the parsnip mix, and then I slowly heated the sauce in the dehydrator so it was comfortingly warm.
The sauce itself is made from a mix of nuts, lemon juice, mustard and nutritional yeast. I threw in a few flax seeds for extra oil and thickening qualities.
