How to make brussel sprouts edible.
A recipe adapted for the treatment of kale works with brussels. Far more pleasant than boiling.
Marinate with a little fresh lemon & orange juice, salt & soy. Add avocado and diced cucumber - peppers also, if you have them. Threw in some of yesterday's crop of mung beans for added crunch.
