Happy New Year, folks: soothing cauliflower soup

After a festive period of mixed fayre, I'm reverting back to norm with some relief. I keep burning things when I cook because I get bored waiting and wander off!

Decided to create a raw version of one of my all-time favourites: caramelised cauliflower soup. The cooked version is supremely simple and utterly dependant upon a slow cook to attain a delicious softening and browning.

Well, the raw version is a lot sharper, and it takes a bit more ingenuity to meld a creamy sweetness. I added some cashew butter and dehydrated onions to the basic ingredients of sweet miso, lemon juice, curry powder and cauliflower. I think the coconut water in place of stock helped too.
