Stir-up Sunday: with rainbow flax crackers

I've started preparing for the food fair I'm doing next weekend.

These crackers were beautiful to mix up. The coloured peppers, carrots and red cabbage made a lovely rainbow combination. I hope when they dry up in the dehydrator the colours don't dull down too much.
