Roll or Roulade :)

Tonight I intend to showcase not one, but two of my many talents ;-) The first being a dodgy poorly lit, out of focusshot of the second - my first attempt at a swiss roll!

The Divas have decided that the next challenge will be a bake off. As I never do baking, and inspired by Jack Black's perfect swiss roll, I thought I better get some practice in! As you can see from the end result, a LOT MORE PRACTICE IS REQUIRED!!! I present the fattest and most cracked swiss roll in the known universe!

Hey ho - perhaps it will taste better than it looks. On the plus side my bread rolls (not shown on account of all being eaten) were none to shoddy!
