...leaves of red......

So, this is it, the first real sign of Autumn....this and the unrelenting pressure that starts up at work about this time of year. We've been back at work exactly 8 days and already we have to perform next week to try and attract pupils for next year....and already some one wants to check my marking and lesson planning and measures I've put in place for underachievers and coursework and monitoring procedures and..............

Ah...bollocks ...let's think of something more cheery....well, I'm babysitting on Saturday, just me and Charlotte for several hours.........United got a decent draw tonight....the daughter made a lovely pork and noodle concoction for dinner tonight....the Boss should be back home in an hour or so.............

That's about it really................maybe I'll feel happier and more balanced tomorrow.....then again maybe not.......does any one know the winnning numbers for next Saturday's lotto?

Das vidanya moy padruga.

Actually what I meant to say was............This is the first of our maples to start turning this year....and we've never seen red leaves on it before. The leaves are a palish green, then they darken and turn an orange colour before going rusty brown. So why the red leaves this year? No idea, but couldn't resist blipping them because they stick out like a sore thumb in the garden.
Must get out more and look for some interesting things to blip, I feel I'm running out of inspiration.....maybe I should set myself a theme, you know like door bells, or bricks or silly road names, anything to get me fired up again.
