It's the final countdown................

Wasn't sure what to blip today, real pressure day at work (apart for the fag breaks with hebs), total lack of inspiration and then this came through on the e-mail.

The fixture list for this years Quiz League.

Having won the League and Cup two seasons ago last year was a real downer, 3rd in the league, 1/4 final of the Cup.

So what do the fixtures reveal?

7 away games and 4 home games in the first half of the season!
First game against the new boys, we know nothing about them but the supper should be good.
No long treks up hills to away games in the wintry part of the year.
Two teams have moved venues to St. Mary's. That's were Danny Boyle hangs out...yes THE Danny Boyle....Slum Dog Millionaire and all that.
Two free weeks.
Last game of each half against the arch enemy, Radcliffe CC.

Time to get into a bit of training with University Challenge and Mastermind, the same organisation sets our questions and their questions.

So from now on Monday blips will either be very early or very late.
