Haven't been sleeping too well the last few weeks....including being wide awake at 4.00 a.m. on Thursday....less than 4 hours after I fell asleep.

Lots of kind words from colleagues today regarding my reading yesterday.

A beer after work with some special colleagues....hebs and Jo and Lisa and Gail....no reflections....no sadness....... just a quiet beer..... a few others joined us.

Home for a couple of hours with the Boss and Charlie before the S & H and YH came to collect her.

Cheese on toast for tea....because we couldn't be bothered.

Now I'm off to bed....I need some decent sleep or I'll be on my knees by half term.
