Enjoying the journey, from complete beginner to tentative manual control user!   Now confident enough to think that my challenge of 365 will be achieved.  Survived the short days of winter and looking forward to the light!

Blip has inspired me in so many ways, choosing to upload an entry every day has made me want to learn more about photography.  I am currently completing a short course at my local college.  

Well about time for an update - June 2015 saw the end of my working days as a college lecturer as I was fortunate enough to get voluntary redundancy and Ian and I retired to spend more time doing the things we love.   After a bit of holiday sunshine in Menorca when I would have been enrolling students our first wonderful trip was to Tanzania where we both made it to the summit of Kilimanjaro.   Our love of the outdours takes us to some amazing places, some just round the corner and others further afield.

I hope you enjoy what I see, mainly when I'm out and about in the outdoors.
