Time for an update
Aug 2022: Another move and a new church. I am the Priest in Charge of St John the Evangelist Stranraer and St Ninian’s Portpatrick in the Scottish Episcopal Church. It is a beautiful part of SW Scotland.
2015: we moved to Highton, a suburb of Geelong, Victoria, after 14 years in Western Australia, with my husband and 3 kids.
My labels are many and varied: mum, wife, priest, vicar, sister, colleague, daughter and friend.
I guess I have to add widow onto my list after my husband David died from melanoma in June 16.
Blip continues to be a source of beauty, of shared wonder in our world, and of contact with friends, some whom I have met and others I have only met in the Bliposphere.
I would like to experiment taking an image each day, but I don't always manage that.
I am really inspired by this site and the beautiful poetic shots taken each day around the world. I wonder what I shall add to this mix...
