Preen.

Went up to Lintrathen for a walk. Puddled around for a bit, but the birds were all at the other end and just as we were about to head up there we saw some ducks flying off past us... quickly followed by a whopping great sea eagle which had obviously decided on duck a la duck for lunch!

Not surprisingly that put an end to the "let's photograph some ducks" adventure as the eagle managed to clear the residents of the loch in one fell swoop.

Not surprisingly I didn't have my camera in my hand and so I didn't get a picture but...

...surprisingly the man did! He is distinctly camera phobic at the best of times, but today he scored a winner when he picked up an, albeit blurry, sea eagle. He should be pleased. I do hope it was worth missing the footie for!
