Squirrel!

Pixar, DreamWorks, any company with a major motion picture of the animated variety - my friends and family will find a character in the movie that they've decided is "so me".

I'm notorious for having a short attention span or short-term memory, depending on who you talk to and what it's about. ;o) I think this is why I've been compared to Dug the Dog from Pixar's "Up".

For example, let's take today. I was taking a lunch break and was on my way to the kitchen to make a fruit smoothie. I walked out after lunch still hungry and no fruit smoothie. Why? Because I somehow went from fruit smoothie to making a Blueberry Lemon Bread instead.

Now that I'm deliriously hungry, the bread has cooled and I am home to enjoy the fruits of my labor. This loaf was brushed with a sugar lemon glaze while it was still hot, giving it a nice crispy-ness to the edges that make it just a little more yummy in my opinion.
