A blue pigeon

A couple of blips ago I was moaning that I'd taken a lovely shot in the fading sun of a fishing boat and subsequently deleted it in a spectacular act of stupidity. Tonight I decided to go out and recapture it. The result was lovely. It's the sort of shot that I could see eventually adorning a wall in my house.

However on the way back to our apartment, I encountered a flock (?) of pigeons feasting on some sort of discarded waste. These were no normal pigeons though. They were Mauritian Blue Pigeons. They are like the pigeons I know and hate from back home except that they are half the size and have a blue head. They're equally greedy and just as rude. Kind of loveable at the same time. Much more blipable than a sunset drenched fishing boat I think you'll agree.

Today's highlights:

A 20 minute massage. I opted for the light massage option and I'm pleased as although for the most part it was lovely, I did think that the masseuse, at one point was trying to remove my shoulder. Worth it though.

We hired a pedalo and found some coral to investigate. Mini fish that I'm more used to seeing on Finding Nemo were everywhere.

And to finish the day off, we have had an enormous steak each and now neither of us can move. It's ever so romantic!
