New Kid Off The Block

I was surprised to see my new favourite pub had shut up 'shop' today. No more fireside
times in there for a while. Though I am told new people should take it over soon. The owners said good bye today. Like the one over the road, all moveables moved.

They had not made a go of it, as we are all 'staying at home with a bottle of wine'. I rediscovered the basic pub too late. Typical. I will have to go to the darts one in Market Harborough.

The one over the road, which is an old coaching inn (The Falcon) has now been bought by a real go getter, so the square should liven up soon.
