Boathouse

Today I decided to take the dog for a walk to an area of the forest we hadn't been for a while. On the walk out of the village I noticed lots of changes. House extensions, renovations, new garages. It is amazing how quickly things can change in such a short time.

By the time we got to the forest and the loch there was a very light rain falling. I wasn't quite sure what my blip would be today but when I saw the boathouses on the other side of the loch I was pretty sure it would be them. The loch was still, reflecting the trees and boathouses but the rain gave things a misty appearance. This scene looks very different on a sunny summer day. May have to return. :)
