This Says It All

There is so much love here - can't you see it? Grandpa is so engaged and so happy that I almost find it difficult to process. It is overwhelming in the most awesome way. My wishes for him have all come true; his life is full and content. He has loads of love EVERY day. It's a funny and wonderfully gratifying feeling, seeing him so happy. I want to be here with him always. I'm afraid I will miss him more than even before once it's time to go home.

My cousins - two more granddaughters belonging to RDS - came to visit tonight. We had a fun time, and Grandpa chatted and watched sports with the boys and looked at pictures with us. He is still so young at heart. He fits right in, except when his eyes are closing because we've kept him up too late. :)

I love being here, but even more than that, I love him being here.
It's right.
I'm so grateful.
I know he is, too.
