Sanctuary

The working week ended on a personally trying note. So, today it was an excellent tonic to scale the heights of Castell Dinas, be blown away by the wind and the view, then explore the very peaceful and beautiful Valle Crucis Abbey, both places close to Llangollen.
There is a large caravan park right next to the Abbey, but it seemed pretty deserted today and the Abbey itself was a sanctuary of calm. It was a good place to contemplate apparent injustice.

Was that the spirit of a long-departed brother I spotted? Or just the movement of a bird...

It might be close at hand even now.
