Winter golf at Cockermouth Golf Club

A glorious Spring day. Perfect for golf!
This tree was just waiting to be photographed...luckily my partner was in the right place for once. Another shot straight into the sun...they work sometimes! The fells in the background are in the Buttermere range. There is a good view of Melbreak from the golf course. It is just by The Kirkstile Inn, Loweswater. Highly recommended. We might even pay it, and Melbreak, a visit tomorrow if this good weather keeps up!
