Amelie is 10 months old today!

She woke up earlier than she has done the past few days and in an effort to get some extra sleep I gave her my mobile to play with. Uh oh, wrong move Mummy. She was so excited that she brought it down quite hard on the bridge of my nose! I have a bit of a bruise and its throbbing. Ouch. So that spurred me to get up. We had quite a lazy morning whilst Daddy was still asleep (still on nights) and when he eventually woke up he took us over to see Louise and Rose. Amelie was happy playing with all of Rose' new christmas toys and she in particular liked this xylophone. I had bought this for Amelie and then later returned it as I really wanted her to have a wooden one! Whilst she was entertaining herself Rose was struggling over the other side of the room after refusing a sleep earlier. She kept collapsing and having a quick shut eye and then zooming off again! She was just so tired bless her! Amelie had an early night when we got back as she was pretty exhausted.
