Today Amelie and I had a quiet morning pottering and feeding the birds in our PJs, then Auntie Jan picked us up and took us to the florists to have a look at some of the flowers that I have chosen for the wedding. The florist had a bad delivery though and wasn't able to show us everything we needed. So it was back to Penicuik where Jan dropped us of at Nicola's to see her and Seren. We took the girls up to the park but it was freezing and wet so Seren stayed safely in her pram whilst Amelie tackled some of the biggest things in the park (I couldn't believe she was brave enough!) When the rain got to much for us we headed back to Nic's flat to warm up with a cuppa. Amelie got a little grumpy then though and wasn't happy with me holding Seren. So it was time for us to head up the hill. But after walking to the park and back, Amelie claimed she was ''too tired, Mummy'' to walk up the hill. I put her on my shoulders and carried her all the way up (ouch!) But it wasn't without a fight as it seemed she didn't want to be up there, or on the ground!
