Bouchons*
Two bottles of local produce on our table at midday - olive oil from Clermont-l'Hérault and demi-doux (semi-sweet) white wine from Domaine des Pascales in the village. The wine as an apéritif, the oil for our first course of red pepper, sheep's cheese and our own olives.
