Sunrise

This pic was taken from our tiny east facing kitchen window. Only vantage point from the house that would capture this sunrise.

Nothing exciting today, except for the fab dinner that I made. Chard and white bean stew, which is quite similar to the bean and chicken sausage stew I used to make. But since we're not really eating meat, soysage just doesn't do it justice. I have to admit that the first recipe really combines a few things that I absolutely love - cannellini beans, chard, and eggs. And it's tastier than the second recipe.

I think I'm going to attempt an all liquid cleanse/fast tomorrow. We'll see how that goes.
