...Santa got stuck in the chimney.......

It's been a funny day today.

Seemingly when the Boss was getting ready to go out last night she stubbed her toe getting into the shower. This morning it looked twisted and was a lovely purple colour.....so off to A&E......3 hours later...the verdict...not broken but very badly bruised! It's all strapped up but it might make us law breakers tomorrow, I don't think she can walk to church!

The town was a nightmare with lots of last minute shoppers making it really difficult driving and some of the driving round here has been appaling too, not to mention the parking on our road.

I tried to upgrade my phone this afternoon but the automated system kept cutting me off, either that or they'd all gone home early, so I can't do anything until next Wednesday now.

I can't think of an interesting Christmas fact for you either....so here is a little quiz for you.

Can you name the artists who had these Christmas hits ( UK top 10) in the years shown?

I'll post the answers about 11pm tonight.

1. Happy Xmas (War is over) 1972
2. Do They Know It's Christmas? 1984
3. A Fairytale of New York 1987
4. Little Saint Nick 1964
5. Stop The Cavalry 1980
6. Peace on Earth/Little Drummer Boy 1977
7. The Christmas Song 1963

9. Ring Out Solstice Bells 1977
10. Pretty Paper 1963
