The fifth blip of Xmas - German Xmas decorations

We are entering uncharted waters here, seriously testing times. I've never experienced such extreme cold weather and it just seems to go on and on. That said, I do think navigating round the city is getting easier, most people don't dare try I think or can find their vehicle under the snow.

Seriously at least there is Christmas, a bit of a break and the opportunity to catch up with family and friends. Sources tell me that Santa Claus has managed to source one of the eldest daughters must have Christmas gifts. Yep notebooks are in stock. Yes somehow expectations are pretty low round these parts, not sure if it is because all the kids get to eat is porridge, porridge sandwiches and porridgeburgers, maybe we should lighten up a bit.

Glad to report that my sister and family arrived, was a bit of a worry.

So the holiday starts her for the next few days, I might even have a bath! About time, the last one I had was ages ago.
