Tassles in the sky!

This unusual contrail appeared in the sky catching the sunset colours.

Had a very productive day. Managed to tidy and clear up the garage after a few leaks in the roof, the result of the weight of snow and iced up guttering. We can actually walk all around the house without slithering everywhere.The snow and ice is disappearing amazingly fast, thank goodness. Cleared snow and ice at the bottom of the street to allow it to drain away more quickly.

Had a very satisfying trip to the local recyling centre disposing of all sorts and then on to the library.

Ali and Phil here for tea after their Christmas shopping trip to Stirling. Isla stayed with us and kept Rona company. They chased each around the garden as the wood is out of bounds for us at the moment due to being very icy underfoot.
