Road Chaos

Across Central Scotland, the roads have been dreadful with hard packed snow and ice, abandoned cars and heaped up snow piles. The temperate has been -10 all day so the salt isn't working and everywhere car wheels are spinning through lack of grip.

I took this photo still on my way home having swapped Insurance details 20 minutes previously when a Range Rover glided on black ice in to the back of my car at a roundabout. Could easily have been the other way round.

Up until then I've been quite liking the adventure and now I am irritated because I've got to try to log an insurance claim & get a repair quote & work out that liability stuff.

Worse still is it's looking like more of the same tomorrow.
