Dean Village

Woke up this morning to a sprinkling of snow. After breakfast we decided to go for a wander up the Water of Leith, location of many blips in the past. It was a lovely walk, with a satisfying crunch underfoot in the crisp snow.

The scene shown is of Dean Village which I thought looked quite pretty in the snow and winter sun. I also liked the 2 gents who'd stopped for a chat on the bridge with their dog. Almost like a real village, except it's long since been swallowed up by Edinburgh.
