"Through a glass darkly"
Mrs W O was indisposed today so I went for an indoor blip. We 'inherited' a Death's-head Hawkmoth last year from Mrs W O's old school..they were knocking it down to build a new one and were disposing of old specimens from the biology and other labs so we rescued this. I had it remounted and put in a new display box. It resides on the mantlepiece and when I took the photo of it I inadvertantly included part of a shot of a Jackdaw I took a few days ago (see Red Deer). The Jackdaw looks as though it's eyeing up the moth with a view to ..?
