Olive Oysterling (Panellus serotinus)

Depending on which book you read this fungus is either 'frequent' or 'infrequent'. Whatever it is it is a fairly dull fungus from above being a dullish olive colour. It is more interesting from underneath where the colour of its stem attachment can be seen.
