B&W

Today I saw the world in black & white.
I don't normally see things in B&W as I believe life should be colourful, today was just an experiment and I don't think I much like it though it was fun for a while, I notice the camera also has filters built in one can use so who knows I may go back out and experiment some other time.
Tonight is the night for my really serious camera club and I bit the bullet and submitted 3 entries for their flora & fauna though I have to say being as I am such a landscape freak, I had difficulty finding something that would fit their category and knowing how critical they can be !!! I finally opted for some yellow rose thingy for flora and a squirill eating a nut and a very close up of a horses heid! it should raise a laugh if nothing else and that what photography is to me a bit of fun and a way of relaxing as I get bored when out walking and my camera helps me concentrate on things around me.
There is rumour of another gale but I think not, its too calm and warm.
