I Drove a Dinosaur to School!

This morning, on the school's minimum day, they had Costume Day. I drove this 5 year old dinosaur and this 8 year old Harry Potter to school! Thanks to Harry's magic, he was able to shrink the dinosaur to fit into the van. :)

Dad's knee surgery was today and after several problems getting the spinal block in (about 6 pokes)...they were able to finally start the procedure. He got a full knee replacement...so he will now be Robo-Dad with his titanium knee. He's been in SOOOO much excruciating pain that I was relieved when the doctors finally approved the surgery. Considering that he's diabetic and has some heart issues, they were fighting the approval of the surgery. I ran his mom (my grandma) on errands while he was in surgery...so thankfully my sis and mom were able to be there for him during the surgery and while in recovery. He was already up and walking within hours of surgery, something they always encourage afterwards.
