Film School

12 months + 4 days

Today was the start of our Church' Film School. We're filming a movie (what if the Nativity happened today) in a week, to be premiered in the Cineworld near us in December. 60 kids are the cast (62 countin the babies), along with a couple of guest cameos by the church leader and the school headmaster where we're filming it. Katie and I went along this morning to do the Cast Photos, headshots of each child. Katie enjoyed exploring and taking part in the dance session!

We went to swimming after that. She is so loving her swimdiscs, although she wants to have them on all the time (we use them for the second half hour of the lesson, the free swim). She enjoyed going under today, came up with a great big grin each time.

After swimming it was back to Film School. Katie is playing toddler Jesus, so she met some of her fellow cast members, and charmed them all, dancing around on the stage, eating singing into the inflatable microphone. When we left, she waved goodbye to everyone, then looked at her cousin and said 'bye'. First time she's said that!
