Fun in the Pool...In October!!!???

Today we had my nephew, Billy for the day. After having everyone draw names for Christmas gifts, we decided to look for fun for the day. We headed to Nana and Papa's clubhouse pool. Apparently the last day of September it closes....but we weren't kicked out :) We can't get over the heat of October 1st here! It's been in the 90s and even broke 100 this week. They turned off the heater in the pool yesterday, but the boys didn't seem to care. Their most fun seemed to be whopping each other with those pool noodles! Boys!

We headed out to a fast food lunch of their choice, Burger King, in which they all received wind-up T-Rexes in their kids meals (well, the first time the 4 boys received 'girl' toys of dress-up dolls, so I had to run in for an exchange!). It was on the way there that my dizziness, headache, stomach issue decided to start up again so it was home to lie down while they played in the house :( I am SOOO over this feeling, so after reading a blog about it I will be trying something new to feel better next week. I am too busy to be feeling so sick all of the time.
