Abs of Steel Yet?

Today I had a nice relaxing day. Dropped the 3 kids and the 3 bikes off at Nana's house for a few hours and headed to Planet Beach with my friend Linda. We spent about 1 1/2 hours there getting pampered at their different stations. This time I tried the Hydro-Derma Fusion because it wasn't working the last time I went. I am still on the fence about whether I like it....I kind of felt like a roasted turkey after the 118 degree temps and had to stop it a bit early. The Hydro Massage is definitely my favorite with this awful back of mine! Planet Beach was a really nice break considering I've been down in the dumps about my health lately. Then we went to a little Mexican Restaurant in downtown Lodi and enjoyed a chicken taco with rice & beans. Thanks Nana AND Linda!!!!

The evening was spent taking Liam to gymnastics (Loren and I) and Landon to soccer (Gary). Seen here in this blip photo is Liam working on the pull-up bars. Then it was home to watch last nights Survivor before bedtime.
