Me and My Monkey

A usually manic friday, but a good one. Gymnastics was great, she's learning to play all the games well now - at first, during one of the games she just stared at the instructor running round with the tamborine... now she plays! She enjoyed soft play, but half way through decided she was hungry RIGHT NOW so troughed about 20 raisins in a short space of time.

After a mega nap - during which even mummy nodded off for 20 minutes - we met her aunty for a play, cuddles (and coffee for grownups!) Her cousin came to join us, to Katie's delight.

Come tea time, Katie seemed to be in the mood to trough. She rarely finishes all of any one thing but she had a good go at a whole load of things - some cold meats, creamy veg + mash, rusk with fruit, an orange, half a banana....! With all that food in her belly, there was just enough time for her and Monkey to have a dance! This entails monkey being swung around by his ears... although both he and Katie do seem to enjoy it
