Silkworms

Yip, it is thát time of the year again! Silkworms!! This one is R jnr's favourite and the biggest of them all, he particularly likes the blushing pink cheeks on this one!

Eisch, we thought we were long past that stage, but oh no! R jnr and his A turned up with at least 20 worms each after school on Thursday! It was 'Entrepeneur's day' for the primary school section of their school on Thursday, and one innovative little guy turned up with zillions of silkworms, and, of course the seniors hád to support the effort!! He sold them at .50c each and R was just too willing to hand over the R20,00 for 40 worms! Guess who's problem it is to transport him to the nearest garden centre to pick mulberry leaves? Moi!! ;-)

We are more or less paralysed with excitement by now!! Our dearly beloved visitors are in the air, en route to South Africa, and we expect them to land by 09:00 tomorrow morning, after just about 14 hours in flight!! Can't believe it is finally time!! Woohoo!!
